The annual South African Corps of Signals Corporate Communication Golf Day, was held on Friday, 14 August 2009 at the Akasia Golf Club, in Pretoria.

The South African Army Corps of Signals Corporate Golf Day Trophy ...... the ultimate idle everyone was after

Corporate Golf Days are essential for maintaining good relationships with corporate clients and members of industry. It is also an excellent opportunity for networking and socialising with new friendships. The members of Applied Satellite Technologies won the South African Army Corps of Signals Golf Day Trophy. Thirty six teams of four members each, took part this year.

The day was long, balls were lost, bad and great shorts were played, but in the end it was well worth it, as the 2009 South African Army Corps of Signals Corporate Golf Day, organised by Lieutenant Colonel P.G. Herbst (Acting Officer Commanding South African Army 4 Signal Regiment) and his team from South African Army 4 Signal Regiment, turned out to be a huge success.
